Over 200 of Christopher’s op/ed essays have been published in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, USA Today, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, The NJ Record, The Dallas Morning News, The National Catholic Reporter, Readers Digest, Good Housekeeping.  He is a contributing columnist for The Dallas Morning News.

The poems in this collection are celebrations of the muse who speaks directly to us. She is described not in the manner of courtly love, from a distance, but up close, from a notion that passion mixed with beauty exists in us all; and how that combination is expressed, repressed or pursued in these lurid, ugly times determines who we are.  ~ Christopher de Vinck
